Obituary Condolences

BERNICE H. REICHLEY Bernice H. Reichley, 94, of Telford and formerly of Lansdale, passed away December 10 at the Lutheran Community at Telford. She was the wife of the late John W. Hampton who passed away in 1956 and the late G. Donald Reichley, who passed away in 1983. Born July 26, 1919 in Souderton, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Miriam (Alderfer) Hunsberger. Bernice was a graduate of Souderton High School and continued her studies at the Moore College of Art. After the death of her first husband, she served as secretary for the borough of Palmyra for several years. Additionally, she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansdale, the Indian Valley Women's Club, and Generations of Indian Valley. Surviving are her five children, Robin Stavenski and her husband, Tony, of Phoenixville, J. Brian Reichley and his wife, Sharon, of Lewes, DE, Janie Reichley-Hayes and her husband, Richard, of King of Prussia, Patricia Kitchura of Conroe, TX, and G. Donald Reichley, Jr., of Montgomery Village, MD. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and her nieces, Maryanne Clemmer and her husband, Kenneth, of Sellersville and Linda O'Neill and her husband, Rick, of Schwenksville. In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marian Bealer. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 12:30-1PM, Saturday December 21, 2013 at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, where the memorial service will begin at 1PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernice's name to the , 399 Market St., Ste. 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
