Obituary Condolences

CHRISTOPHER KERR Christopher Philip Kerr, 46, of Conshohocken, passed from this world peacefully in his sleep into the arms of Jesus, Saturday, April 7, 2012. Chris is survived by his beloved children, Christina, of Collegeville, and Sabrina and Christie, of Conshohocken; his mother, Cassandra (Michener) Emmett and stepfather, Robert, of Chalfont; two sisters, Kathleen (Carfagno) Gallen and her husband, Greg, of Warrington, and Theresa Humlhanz and her husband, Greg and son Eric, of Chalfont; and his beloved cat, Reeces. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Betty Kerr of Tylersport; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley S. Kerr; his paternal grandfather, Walter Kerr; and maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Genevieve Michener. Chris will be remembered as a multi-talented craftsman who was friend to everyone who met him. He loved the outdoors and looked forward to the first day of trout season every year. His children were his whole life and his presence in their lives will be greatly missed. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Chris' life at 8PM Friday, April 13, at the R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 3440 Skippack Pike @ Cedars Rd., Skippack, where family will receive friends beginning at 6:30PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the "Christopher Kerr Memorial Fund" for Sabrina and Christie at First Niagara Bank, P. O. Box 195, Harleysville, PA 19438.
