ROBERT TAYLOR Robert Stephen Taylor, 67, of Hatfield, passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 5, 2012 at Abington Lansdale Hospital. He was the husband of Barbara Sue (Feryance) Taylor, to whom he was married 39 years. Born November 28, 1944 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late William Norman Taylor, Sr. and Frieda Ethel Ruth (Wach) Taylor. He served his country with the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Bob was employed over 44 years with the Unisys Corporation, where he worked as a Computer Technician, most recently involved with Logistics. A loving and dedicated father, Bob placed the care of his family above all else. Mr. Taylor was a member of Advent Lutheran Church, Harleysville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Robert Allen Taylor and his wife, Wendy, of Harleysville, Michael Stephen Taylor and his wife, Michelle, of Hatfield, Susan Ann Taylor of Harleysville, William Joseph Taylor of Hatfield, Mark David Taylor of Hatfield; and four grandchildren, Connor Matthew Magee, Chase Michael Taylor, Skylar Rose Taylor and Luke Robert Taylor. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Norman Taylor, Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday, October 11 at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, 667 Harleysville Pike, (Rt. 113) Telford, Franconia Township, where friends may call from 6 to 8PM. A Funeral Service will be held 11AM Friday October 12 at Advent Lutheran Church, Route 113 & Landis Road, Harleysville. The family will greet friends from 10 to 11AM. Interment will take place Monday, October 15, 10:30AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
