WILLIAM MOSER, JR. William W. Moser, Jr., 89, of Lansdale, died Monday, November 26, 2012. He was the husband of Catherine (Tait) "Rena" Moser, his beloved wife of 57 years. Born September 22, 1923 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Lucille (Salem) and William W. Moser, Sr. Bill served overseas in the U.S. Army during WWII as a member of the 10th Armored Division. Following the war, he graduated from Penn State University and began his career as a mechanical engineer. He was employed with Link Belt and General Electric before retiring from Hudson Engineering in 1991. His engineering credits included working on both the NASA Gemini and Apollo Space programs. Bill was a founding member of the North Pennsman Barbershop Chorus where he was an active member for over 40 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Katherine "Kim" Palmisano and her husband, William, of Quakertown; son, William W. Moser III and his wife, Cathy, of North Wales; six grandchildren, Alissa, Gavin, Megan, Andrea, Brian and Amy; and three great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Colin, and Jack. Memorial services will be private. Arrangements are by Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
