Richard Croyle Obituary
RICHARD CROYLE Richard Croyle, 89 of Harleysville, passed away on Friday June 6, 2014. He was the husband of Evelyn (Kelley) Croyle, with whom he shared 68 years of marriage. Born on November 18, 1924 in New Kensington, PA, he was one of eight children to the late Amos and Ivy (Tarr) Croyle. Mr. Croyle served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He studied engineering at University of Pittsburgh and founded Seventy-Three Mfg. Co. and Rota-Cyl Corp., Bechtelsville in 1967, where he was President. He was a 32 Degree Mason and 60 year member of the Grand Lodge of Ohio and was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Harleysville. In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Michael Croyle and daughter Candace Warner and family. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday June 12, from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc. 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford (Franconia Twp.). Interment will be private. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to Covenant Presbyterian Church - Building Fund, 310 Covenant Lane, Harleysville, PA 19438.
