ELIZABETH "BETTY" L. (MATTHEWS) MININGER Elizabeth "Betty" L. (Matthews) Mininger 81, of Telford, PA, formerly of Souderton, PA went to Heaven on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Grand View Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Frank Joseph Delikat & the late Thurlow "Monk" Mininger. Betty was born in Lansdale, PA to the late Nicholas & Theresa (Stockert) Matthews. She was employed as a Laborer for PhilcoFord in Lansdale for 30+ years. Betty enjoyed bowling and was an avid reader and crossword puzzler. She loved to vacation annually with her family at Ocean City, NJ. Betty was a Phillies & Eagles sports fanatic. She was a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Betty is survived by two daughters, Susan Cefaratti & husband, Victor of Port Charlotte, FL, Deb Derstein & husband, Randy of Telford, PA, seven grandchildren, four greatgrandchildren, two sisters, Agnes Dager of Ambler, PA, Pauline Burke & husband, Gerald of Souderton, PA and a brother, William Matthews & wife, Sally of Ambler, PA. In addition to her parents & husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Nicholas & Francis Matthews and three sisters, Pat Macort, Theresa Holsonback & Sara Piston. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, Pennsylvania 19440 where friends may view and meet with the family from 9:00 am 10:30 am Burial will take place at Christ Covenant Church Cemetery.
