Mary Ann Savage Obituary
MARY SAVAGE Mary Ann (Flarity) Savage, age 84 years, entered eternal life while surrounded by her family April 17, 2013. She was born and raised in Newark, NJ, and had lived in Maplewood and South Orange, NJ, before moving to Gwynedd in 1967. She was a graduate of the College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She was a partner with her husband for Lifetouch Inc., photography business. She was a communicant and Eucharistic minister at St. Rose of Lima Parish in North Wales. She loved being with her family. She was full of life and was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She smiled with her eyes, her mouth and her heart. She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Robert F. Savage; seven daughters, Mary Lu Savage, Patricia Savage, Maureen Fazio (James), Eileen Savage, Rita Bailey (Joseph), Margaret Smithuysen (Richard) and Roberta Cappelletti (John); nine grandchildren, Keith (Kelly), Robert (Kerrie) and Matthew Killea, Joseph and Michael Bailey, Taylor Hoops, James, Mary and Thomas Cappelletti; four great-grandchildren, Grace, Sean, Liam and Jack Killea; her sister, Sara Lynch (Thomas); her brother-in-law, Francis Cummings; her sisters-in-law, Rita and Mary Elizabeth Savage; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Aloysius and Lillian Flarity; and two sisters, Eileen Cummings and Sr. Patricia Flarity, SSC. Funeral Mass will be held Monday 11AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 424 S. Main St., North Wales. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing at William R. May Funeral Home, 142 N. Main St., North Wales, Sunday evening from 5 to 8PM and Monday morning at the church after 10AM. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery.
