To Laurie & Family, I send my family's deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Proctor, who was a neighbor for over forty years, I had the pleasure of talking to Him about 1 month ago and he was so upbeat of moving to the states with Laurie. May he rest in peace.

Sgt Dudley Proctor was my Sgt back in the early 70's...l remember him being very dedicated and strict....He was a proud Policeman who taught me a lot..May he rest in peace....My sincerest condolences to his entire family and friends...May the God of Heaven hold you all close in the time to come....Ex 180.

On behalf of the Bermuda Ex-Police Officers Association we send our sincere condolences to the family of our good friend and colleague, retired Sgt Dudley Proctor who served in the Bermuda Police for 25 years, from 1950-1975, mainly in Central Division and Western Division. As one of our oldest retirees Dudley loved to attend our ExPo functions, and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
