Dear Sue and Family,
So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Please accept the sincerest condolences from all of the Directors, Management and Staff who had the opportunity to meet and work with Bill during Bermuda Security Group's expansion into the Cayman Islands. Although there was little contact following his exit from BSG, his business ethics formed a strong foundation here in Cayman and have not been forgotten. Our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.

Sue & Family,
You learn a lot about someone you play a round of golf with. And I played a lot of rounds with Bill. He could be grim and determined – but only with himself. He would then laugh at himself at the end of the round and was always generous when the food or beer came. He would make the most complicated bets at the start of a round – and then “forget” to collect after he had won. He was always open to new ideas and ways of doing things. He had a very clear sense of right or wrong. But most of all I remember Bill as someone I was privileged to call a friend. Golf at the lake will not be the same. I shall miss him.

My condolences to Bill's family. My father Basil Haddrell worked alongside Bill in the Bermuda police during the Governor murder in the 70's, and Dad always said he was a great policeman, and more importantly a true friend.
