Isabelle Hefner Obituary

BENTON -- Isabelle (Holloman) Hefner, 86, died at 7:45 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2011, at her home.

She was born March 14, 1925, in West Frankfort, the daughter of Bert and Ida (Story) Holloman.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, in Morton and Johnston Funeral Home in Benton with the Rev. Larry Cook officiating. Burial will be in Masonic and Oddfellows Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Morton and Johnston Funeral Home.

Isabelle's surviving relatives include one sister, Betty Burgess of Michigan; two brothers, Edward of Arizona and Albert of Maryland; three children, a son, William Hefner and wife, Alma, of Benton; two daughters, Brenda Hutchcraft and husband, Gary, of Macedonia, Nancy Hefner of Benton; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Fredia and Alberta; brothers, Cletus, Carl, Charles, James, Harold and James Parker; husband, Walter Clyde Hefner; two daughters, Wilma Hefner and Joyce Ann Rays and by a granddaughter, Terri Renee Hefner.
