Margaret Tittle

BENTON - Margaret (Eubanks) Tittle, 83, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 7, 2011, at her home in Benton.

Margaret was born May 18, 1927, in Sesser to Hosea and Grace (Myers) Eubanks.

She was a Christian and member of Full Gospel Mission Church in Buckner.

Margaret will be remembered for her humor, wit, strong will, generosity and hospitality. But, most of all, she will be remembered for her strong spirit and amazing capacity to love.

Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her most cherished accomplishments and always the main focus throughout her life. She was tremendously proud of her family. Her kindness, love and support will forever remain within each of them.

She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Tittle of Los Angeles; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Kate Tittle of Benton; grandchildren, Cassandra Ruthann (Reed) Haney of Lexington Ky., and Loyd Randal Tittle of Benton; great-grandchildren, Brandon Hays, Savannah Haney and Kyla Haney of Lexington, Ky., and Braxton Tittle and Vensin Tittle of Benton; one brother, Hosea "Buster" Eubanks of Buckner and his family; and countless nieces and nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loyd Tittle in 1963; son, Loyd Leon Tittle; daughter, Helen Louise Tittle; seven brothers; and three sisters.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011, in Zeigler Cemetery, with the Rev. Bernadine Caldwell Webb, pastor of Full Gospel Mission Church, officiating. Soloist for the services will be Brenda Bailey (niece) of Buckner. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Gilbert Funeral Home in Christopher is in charge of arrangements.
