Mary Patchett Obituary

MULKEYTOWN -- Mary Ennis Patchett, 73, died at 6:40 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, in Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.

She was a homemaker.

She was born June 21, 1937, in Benton to Charles Ennis and Mary (Craig) Snider.

She married Terry Patchett on June 30, 1956, and he survives in Mulkeytown.

Memorials may be made to Franklin County Humane Society or to Marshall Browning Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.

She was a member of Red Hatters and Franklin County Homemakers Association.

Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include children, Matt and Monaka Patchett of Mulkeytown, Beth Patchett and husband, Terry Russell, of Mulkeytown, Mike and Mary Ann Patchett of Christopher, grandchildren, Andi Jo and Charlie Isom, David and Gin Patchett, Tiffie and Bobby Harris, Samantha Patchett, Morgan Patchett, Gracie Fracilik; a great-grandson; and great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Brandon Isom.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Margery Clo Glover.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, in Gilbert Funeral Home in Christopher, with Brother Frank Caruso officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, at the funeral home.
