Sarah Sullivan Obituary
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, in First Apostolic Church in Marion, with the Rev. R.G. Walls officiating. Burial will be in Busby Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 9, at the church.
Memorials are suggested to First Apostolic Church of Marion; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent C/O Blue Funeral Home, P.O. Box 411, Marion, IL 62959.
Naomi was born Feb. 5, 1932, in Pulley's Mill to Jesse and Iva (Peterman) Robertson.
She married Delbert Sullivan on May 27, 1950, in Herrin. They had just celebrated 61 years together.
She is survived by her loving husband, Delbert; children, Eugene and Patsy Sullivan of Ellis Grove, Steve and Becky Sullivan of Belleville, Dennis and Judith Sullivan of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Sue and Rick Kelton of Marion; grandchildren, Eric and Terry Sullivan, John and Elizabeth Sullivan, Christy and Charles Cox, Melanie and Dale Rutland, Jared and Nicole Sullivan, Ryan and Christine Sullivan, Sarah Sullivan, Kareah Sullivan, Rachelle Sullivan, Christine Unthank and Rickey Kelton; great-grandchildren, Aiden Sullivan, Wyatt Sullivan, Cooper Sullivan, Courtney Cole, Gentry Rutland, Kylie Sullivan, Austin Kelton and Brayden Kelton; and sisters, Lorene and Ray Montgomery, Elva and Donald Robinson and Clara and Fred Elfrank.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, John Robertson and Clifton Robertson.
She was a member of First Apostolic Church of Marion. Naomi enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She retired from Marion Memorial Hospital. And also loved to cook and take care of her family.

I remember being in church with Naomi, when I was a child visiting Pulleys Mill Church with Aunt Lucy and her family. I rode the school bus with the boys. My deepest sympathy to your family.

Sis. Sullivan was a wonderful Christian lady that always made us feel very special when we were with her. She will be greatly missed! Her family is in our thoughts and prayers.
