Don "Tim" Walker
Washington, Utah - Don Timothy Walker, known by his family and friends as "Tim" passed away at the age of 66, October 29, 2013 in Washington, Utah. He was born July 15, 1947 to Bettie Lou Frazier and Don Lamar Walker in La Mesa, California. He married Cheri Hertzig in Logan Utah June 4, 1971. Tim is survived by five children and 10 grandchildren. Lynae Hager ( Edward Hager) Washington Utah, Shayne Walker (Amy) Springville Utah, Brandon Walker (Lori) Kaysville Utah. He is also survived by two sisters. Tim grew up in the San Diego area where he recieved his education. He served a mission for the LDS Church in the Western States Mission. Tim was involved in his church fulfilling many callings. He made his him in Cache Valley with Cheri and their children where he enjoyed hiking, baseball and in the later years of his life his passion, biking with his best friend. Tim moved to St. George 5 years ago to take over the Taco Time Business which he loved and devoted much of his time. He met many people and developed wonderful friendships which he cherished during his time at Taco Time. There will be a viewing in his honor November 3, 2013 from 5-7 at the Pine View Mortuary, 566 Mall Dr. Washington, Ut. Funeral services will be held November 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Stake Center 1762 So. River Road St. George, Ut. There will be a viewing one hour before the service.. He will be laid to rest in the Washington City Cemetery.
