Velma Jane LeFevre Elmer left this world with family around her on May 1, 2014 at the age of 78 in Panguitch. She was born December 23, 1935 in Panguitch Utah to Ozro and Dellis Sudeweeks LeFevre. She married "Jim" James Hyrum Elmer, September 29, 1956 in Fredonia, Arizona. He preceded her in death February 10, 2005. Their first home was in Cannonville and later they moved to Panguitch.
