Donna Joan "Joanne" Eustice
Joanne Eustice, 80, passed away Dec 6th in Redlands, CA. She was born Feb 28, 1932, Idaho Falls, Idaho, eldest child of Joseph and Edith (Bahr) Rammell.
Her early childhood was spent in Tetonia, Idaho, but she moved to southern California as a teenager and graduated from San Bernardino High School class of 1950. She married Robert Lysle "Bob" Eustice April 2, 1950 and raised 3 children in Rialto and Redlands, CA. The couple retired to St. George 14 years ago, but recently moved back to California to live in Yucaipa.
A life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many church callings, including as a President of Primary, Mutual and Relief Society and as a Family History Consultant. She was an avid genealogist and family history researcher. She was interested in crafts, antiques and collectibles, and had operated sales booths in antique malls.
Joanne is survived by her husband of 62 years; daughter, Dawna (Ken) Lund, of Yucaipa, CA; son, Steve Eustice of Hesperia, CA; dau-in-law, Carol Eustice of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Geraldine (Frank) Smith of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Joseph (Maureen) Rammell of Bellevue, WA; 8 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Aaron, Karl, Demetra, Brent, Jessica, April and Bryan; their spouses; and 17 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and son, Richard Eustice.
Visitation Sat., Dec 15, 12 PM; Funeral 1 PM, both at Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 12776 6th St, Yucaipa, CA. Interment at Rialto Park Cemetery, 200 N. Willow St, Rialto, CA.
