Jerad Egbert Obituary
St. George
Jerad Michael Egbert passed away April 27, 2016. After enduring many years of physical and emotional pain, he is now free from these earthly cares and is in the arms of his loving Father in Heaven.
He and Emily were high school sweethearts and completed the medical assisting program together. They were married on January 6, 1996, and had two children together; they were the joy of their lives. He loved Emily and their children with all of his heart. He enjoyed fishing, collecting Coca Cola memorabilia, semi-precious stones, and coins. He had a huge heart filled with love for his entire family. He was a jack of all trades and could fix anything; family and friends relied on him often for that. He was so proud of his son Cade and recently made mention that the day that he was born was the best day of his life. His daughter Janessa who has special needs had him wrapped around her little finger. He never tired of making her laugh and enjoyed finding new ways of helping her be as comfortable as possible. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife, Emily; their children: Cade and Janessa; his mother: Sherry Stewart Reutlinger (Paul); sister Amanda Carlston (Christian); his father: Mike Egbert (Wilma); sisters: Andrea and Kristi; and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
He is preceded in death by: his brother, Brandon Egbert.
A visitation on Monday, May 2, will be held at the Bloomington Hills Stake Center, 1130 E. Brigham Rd., at 11:30 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Tonaquint Cemetery following services.

I don't believe I ever met Jerad, maybe once long ago but I know Emily and Janessa well. I was sorry and still am to hear of his passing and pray for the Spirit of our Heavenly Father to be with them and Cade. May you find some comfort in all this at sometime and know that God has a plan for all of us. If I may be of service to your family please let me know and remember that you are in our prayers.

Jerad was my cousin and I have many great childhood memories with him. We would get together at our grandparents house in Ammon and spend time together. Jerad was always the coolest guy around, he taught my brother and I how to peg our pants. Jerad I am saddened at your passing. I pray for you and your family.
