Hattie Ann Goatly

Hattie Ann Goatley Coleman, age 73, of Jimtown Road, Springfield, died at 6:28 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
Born Aug. 14, 1939 in Washington County, she was preceded in death by her parents, George Henry and Edna Logan Goatley; and her husband, George Richard Coleman.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by five sons, Robert G. (Sheila) Coleman of Elizabethtown, George W. (Mary) and Henry D. Coleman of Springfield, John F. (Treon) Coleman of Clarksville, Tenn. and Corey J. (Gail) Coleman of Bardstown; two daughters, Margaret H. Coleman and Pansy (Benjamin) Valdez of Springfield; one brother, John Henry Goatley of Bronx, N.Y.; one sister, Lula Mae Dawson of Springfield; 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Springfield with Rev. Windrell Hunn officiating.
Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert, George, John, Henry, Corey and David Coleman. Honorary pallbearers will be Quentin, Bryan and Andre Coleman, Autry Mills, Benjamin Valdez and Michael Dawson.
