Martin Allen Lanham, age 50, of Loretto, passed away at 6:55 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at his home after an illness.
He was born on Aug. 12, 1963 in Lebanon, Ky. to Charles D. and Mary Frances Adams Lanham. He was of the Baptist faith, a graduate of Washington County High School and a former employee of Maker's Mark.
Preceding him in death was his father, Charles Donald Lanham on Oct. 4, 1998 and a brother, Roger Lanham on Nov. 17, 1976.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Frances Lanham of Loretto; two brothers, Donald Wayne Lanham of Louisville and Michael Lanham of Loretto; a niece, Misty Lanham of Louisville and a friend, Kathleen Taylor of Springfield.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 1 at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. John McDaniel, officiating.
Burial was in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Donnie Adams, Ronald Dale Lewis, Anthony Cocanougher, Doug Morton, Billy Lawson and David Lawson.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
