Allison Paige Harmon, 33, of Rizer Avenue in Springfield, passed away at 8:40 p.m., Tuesday, Feb.13, 2018, at the Norton Hospital in Louisville.
She was born in Lebanon, Kentucky, on Sept. 28, 1984.
She was a member of the Springfield Baptist Church, a 2003 graduate of Washington County High School and ECTC. Paige was a registered nurse.
Survivors include her parents Johnnie and Martha Hays Harmon of Springfield; her fiancee', Nathan Healey of Bardstown; four brothers, Morgan Harmon (Amanda) of Willisburg, Marty Harmon (Cindy) of Lexington, Stacy Harmon (Kim) of Springfield and Jody Harmon (Karen) of Bardstown; four nephews and one niece.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 19, at Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Clellan Hays, officiating.
Burial was on Cemetery Hill in Springfield.
Serving as pallbearers were Samuel Harmon, Noah Harmon, Mike Craig, Mark Healey, Justin McNeal and Sean Gritton.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
