James "B.J." Knott Sr., 47, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday May 5, 2018, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 27, 1971, in Bardstown, an employee at Katayama, a member of Bourbon City Bikers, and a member of New Covenant Church in Shelbyville.
His parents, Bernard and Elizabeth Knott, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son, James Knott Jr. of Shelbyville; two sisters, Saundra Williams, and Kwan (Richard) Dawson, both of Bardstown; and two nieces and two nephews.
His funeral service was at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Rev. Joseph Humphrey Jr. officiated.
