Lula Victoria Mitchell Ciolek, 63, of Campbellsville, passed away at 3:02 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at her home.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, she was born on Oct. 5, 1954, to the late Walter H. and Blanche A. Sharp Mitchell.
She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She was a graduate of Southern High School.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Joseph Ciolek, on May 18, 2016.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Michael Ciolek; a son, Wesley Ciolek of Louisville; a daughter, Casey Rueff (Paul) of Louisville; six grandchildren; two sisters, Lorna Fogle of Louisville and Dodie Shepherd (David) of Goshen, and two brothers, Walden Mitchell and Hollin Mitchell of Louisville.
A graveside service was held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at High View Cemetery in Chaplin with Rev. Carlton Puryear officiating.
