Doris Joyce BERESFORD (nee ANGLIN) Unexpectedly at home while tending her garden on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Bruce. Loving mother of Dan (Jackie), Nancy, Diane (Bob) and Jennifer (John). Cherished Nanny of Katie, Leah, Michael, Alexandra, Joseph, Ryan, Madison, Calvin and Nathan. Doris will be remembered by family and friends for her generous spirit, caring nature and always having a twinkle in her eye. BOLES, Peter William  
BOLES, Peter William - At Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on April 30th, 2015, Peter passed away peacefully at the age of 69 years after a sudden and unexpected illness. Beloved husband of over 45 years to Jill (nee Smith). Loving father and father-in-law of Stephen and Jenni, David and Meagan, and Heather and Jay. Proud and doting "Grampy" to Katelin, Jack, Tom, Reid, Evan, Matty, and Julia. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Eleanor Boles (nee White). Peter was retired following more than 30 years of dedicated service with the Province of Ontario as a senior manager with Municipal Affairs and Housing, having significant influence on land use policy in the province. An avid golfer and a superb amateur chef, Peter was never happier than when he was at the family cottage in Port Burwell. Summers at Burwell will never be the same without him there to watch over things. Peter's dry humour, wit, and steadfast support and loyalty to his friends and family will be missed by all that knew him. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015 with a Celebration of Peter's Life at 1:00 p.m. For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Dr. Gerald Allen BOYKO It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Gerald Allen Boyko on April 26, 2015, after a long and brave battle with cancer. "Jerry" was the beloved husband of Mariann, a loving Dad to Megan Rovinelli and Craig Boyko, a dear father-in-law of Rory and a proud and cherished Papa to Chloe and William. Jerry is also survived by his loving mother, Anne and dear brother, Ed. Jerry will be dearly missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and by the many lives that he touched. BRONSDON, CHARLES (RUPERT)  
CHARLES (RUPERT) BRONSDON Born August 4, 1942 in Montreal, Quebec, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2015 at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto, Ontario, after being diagnosed with cancer three weeks prior to his passing. Rupert leaves behind and will be sadly missed and forever loved by his wife Eha Kajak, step-daughters Katriina Niitsoo (Joseph McGrath) and Liisa Niitsoo (Brandon Wilcox); brother-in-law Elmar Kajak (Tiiu) and their children Henrik and Liia; sister-in-law Ruth Kajak (Treavor Soehn); his sister Barbara Bungay (Gerry Sr.); his nephews Gregory Bungay, Gerry Bungay Jr. (Francine Nadeau) and their children Colby and Ethan; family pets Bogey and Fitzy. Predeceased by his parents Charles Rupert and Freeda Fauteux Bronsdon. Rupert was a kind, caring, brilliant man with a wonderful sense of humour who touched many people in his lifetime. He was a wonderful friend and husband. Founder of Tender Loving Care (TLC) nursery schools in Toronto, Collingwood and Florida. Rupert was a visionary and entrepreneur and regarded as a remarkable, award-winning developer in Collingwood. Rupert's first development was a 208-unit condominium project known as Rupert's Landing. This development was a major success with sales wrapping up 18 months later in 1987. Rupert's next endeavor was a 576-unit condominium project known as Lighthouse Point Yacht and Tennis Club. With new knowledge and experience gained from Rupert's Landing, the developer approach to Lighthouse was very unique. It was Rupert's vision, dedication and dream to build a resort development that would be loved by all and a home to many. He brought his vision to reality and remained loyal to the residents of Lighthouse Point throughout his lifetime. His legacy lives on. Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home, 82 Pine Street, Collingwood, ON L9Y 2N7, on Saturday, May 2nd from 1-4 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints' Anglican Church, 32 Elgin Street, Collingwood, ON L9Y 4V2, on Saturday, May 9th at 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. BROWN MD, THOMAS LAWRENCE  
THOMAS LAWRENCE BROWN, MD Died peacefully in his sleep at The Marleigh on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in his 93rd year, in the care and presence of his loving wife and surrounded by the prayers of his family and faithful friends. Predeceased by his parents and his siblings Reuben, Wesley, Lucy and Elsie. Tom was blessed by the love and support of his wife Betty of 15 years. Along with Betty he is survived by his two daughters Rhonda Taylor and Lora Horsley and his three grandchildren Thomas, Lauren (Jeremy) and Brooks. Tom also leaves behind his extended family by marriage John Ballantyne (Brenda), Cathy Farndon (Barry), Cheryl Holmes (Steven), eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Tom was born and raised on the family farm near Oshawa, where he learned many life lessons and exceptional work ethic. Tom went on to earn his Doctorate in Medicine from Loma Linda University in 1953 and then returned to practise Family Medicine in Willowdale for over 40 years. His commitment to his patients and their families is still recognized by many today. Tom was active in the medical community serving at both North York Branson Hospital and St. John's Rehab Hospital. Upon retirement Tom turned his attention to travel and amateur photography. He was the unofficial photographer at many events in the Swan Lake community in Markham and at Markham Missionary Church. Special thanks to those who provided care at both Markham Stouffville Hospital and The Marleigh. Visitation will take place at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, 8911 Woodbine Ave., Markham, on Sunday, May 3rd from 7 - 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at MARKHAM MISSIONARY CHURCH, 5438 Major Mackenzie Dr. E., Markham, on Monday, May 4th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to World Vision or Markham Stouffville Hospital.

TERENCE EDWARD BURT In hospital in Perth on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, Terry passed away at the age of 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Carolyn Whitehouse. Cherished father of Debbie, Bruce, Glenn and Larry; proud grandfather of Jeff, Matt and Lauren. Dear brother of Pam Osmond and the late Gordon Burt. Terry will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews Monica and her son Jared, Charm (Dave) and daughter Olivia, Kim and children Jessica and Joshua, Mark, Tim (Karen) and daughters Sarah and Lillie, Wendy (Kevin) and their sons Brendan and Matt, Jennifer (David) and sons Ben and Christopher. Terry was retired following more than 30 years of dedicated service to the City of North York Fire Service. He was a valued member and volunteer for over 20 years with the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 244, Perth. A service to celebrate Terry's life will be held in the Chapel of the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth, at a later date to be announced.
