OWEN, Lisa Marie - After a valiant battle with cancer, Lisa passed on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the age of 41. Loving daughter of Janice and David. Cherished mother of Steven and Ashley. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Jeff and Chris (Sarah). A very special thanks to Kerry and her family for their continuous friendship and support. Memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Lisa's name.

OCON, Lori Lynne (Flett) — It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Lynne Ocon (Flett) at Foothills Hospital, Calgary, Alberta, on Monday, April 13th, 2015, in her 46th year. We release her to God's loving arms without pain and at peace. She will be deeply missed by her husband Roberto and her children Nicholas, Christian and Charlotte. Beloved daughter of David and Marlene Flett and cherished sister of Dawn and Alan Flett. She will also be missed by her father-in-law Roberto, brothers-in-law Gustavo (Elizabeth) and Martin (Alba) and sisters-in-law Lucila Granados (Manuel), Gloria Padilla (Jorge) and Martha and their families. Lori will be remembered for her love, strength and faith by her extended family and friends. For her children she embodied warmth, caring and love. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234), on Friday, April 17th from 7-9 p.m. with a service in celebration of her life to be held Saturday, April 18th at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to Durham Regional Cancer Centre or St. Luke's Presbyterian Church. www.oshawafuneralservices.com

O'donnell, Brother Timothy  
Brother Timothy Vincent O'DONNELL, FSC Passed away peacefully at Providence Healthcare on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in his 82nd year. He was the son of the late Patrick O'Donnell and Hannah Houghton of Ireland. Survived by his brothers Dominic (Maitland, FL) and Patrick (Phoenix, AZ) and their families. Predeceased by his brother Roy. Brother Vincent was a member of the Brothers of the Christian Schools for 56 years. He taught in various primary schools in Montreal, Yorkton and Toronto. He spent seven years teaching English and learning Malay in Malaysia. Brother Vincent spent the last six years at Providence Healthcare and appreciated all that the staff did for him. Visitation will take place at Loretto Abbey, 101 Mason Blvd., Toronto, on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 3 - 5 p.m., with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 14th at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Loretto Abbey. O'NEILL, Maureen Agnes - Born March 9, 1932 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Died peacefully on March 14, 2015 surrounded by family in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by beloved husband James Christopher O'Neill (Clydebank, Scotland). Dearest mother of Gerard O'Neill (St. Catharines, Ontario) and Pamela Self (Tulsa, Oklahoma). Sadly missed by her daughter- in-law Susan O'Neill and adored new son-in-law Thomas Self. Maureen had the joy of receiving and loving her grandchildren Michael Laks, Emma O'Neill, Jonathan Laks and Claire O'Neill. Mum traveled to Tulsa, Oklahoma from Burlington, Ontario for Christmas. While in Hospice care at the home of her daughter, Pamela Self and son-in-law, Thomas Self in Tulsa, Maureen Agnes O'Neill passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones. Mum, Grandma, Maureen... you will be sadly missed and will always remain in our thoughts and hearts forever... until we meet again. All our love!!
