MacFARLANE, Catherine Margaret (nee Kay) — Peacefully with her family at home on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Kay MacFarlane of Newmarket and formerly North York. Beloved wife of the late Dick MacFarlane. Loving mother of John (Karen), Joanne (Dave), Cathy (Ron) and the late Jim. She will be sadly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at the R.S. MacLEOD, Ronald  
Ronald Joseph MacLEOD 1961 - 2016 It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Ron MacLeod, at his home on June 24, 2016. Ron is predeceased by his parents Archie and Aggie MacLeod and his brother Danny. Ron's love for his son Lucas was all encompassing and he always looked forward to their time spent together. He will be greatly missed by Lucas, his sister Theresa Brown (Brian) and brothers Greg (Cheryl), Malcolm (Kelly) and Francis (Diana), his many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and his longtime friend Myrna. Ron also had a special bond with his first cousins, Ron (Sandra), Danny, Debbie, Terry, Denise and Valerie, who will also miss him so much. He will be remembered for his quirky sense of humour and his loving heart. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 12 - 2 and 5 - 7 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South (at Yonge St), Aurora. Funeral Service will follow at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation. JOYCE MALYON (nee GRANT) Passed away peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital (Michael Garron) on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband Morley Hart Malyon and his children, John (Betty), Robert (Kim), Jane and Douglas (Kelly); grandchildren, William, Serena, Rachel, Adrian and Reese; brother Ronald Grant (Helen). Loving aunt to Cheryl Grant Fletcher and Alison Grant; beloved great-aunt to Emily, Eric and Leland Fletcher. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Dorothy Grant. Joyce worked as a Registered Nurse for over twenty years at the Toronto East General Hospital. Visitation will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, 8911 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario, on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at Chapel Ridge on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. MARCULEWICZ, Richard John — It is with great sadness and heaviness of heart that the family of Richard Marculewicz announce his passing. We are thankful for the wonderful care that he received at St. Joseph's during his last days. The team of Doctors and Nurses are to be commended for their expert care and concern. Rick touched many lives and had many exemplary qualities of which foremost would be friendship. He was close to many. He was a great brother, uncle and friend. Our sorrow and pain will only cease when we see you in glory. JOHN WALKER MASON Passed away peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday, June 25, 2016 in his 80th year in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Beloved husband of Corinne. Cherished by his family Scott Mason (Linnea), Brad Mason, David Mason, Lisa Mason (Amy), Michael Huckson (Ray), Terry Huckson (Katherine), Janice Kamzol (Anthony) and Marta Oliver (John). Dear grandfather of twelve and great-grandfather of five. Predeceased by his brother Emery Mason and his sister Corinne Gilbert. John was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion and will be missed by his extended family and many friends in Canada and the United States. Bawn Reta McCLURE (nee IRVINE) In her 85th year, Bawn Reta McClure passed away in her sleep on Thursday, June 23, 2016, in palliative care at Cawthra Gardens Long Term Care Residence in Mississauga. She was surrounded by her immediate family at the time. Bawn had a long battle with Alzheimer's disease and more recently suffered a massive stroke. Beloved and cherished wife of John David McClure for 64 years; dear mother of Jacqueline and her husband Gordon and Karen and her husband David; grandmother to Kyle, Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Braeden and Connor; great-grandmother to Skyler; a dear relative and friend to many, many others during a wonderful life. Family and friends will be received at the MEADOWVALE CEMETERY AND VISITATION CENTRE at 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton, Ontario on Wednesday, June 29th for visitation, service and reception. Visitation 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the Meadow Hall; Service follows 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. A reception will be held from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Special thank you to the staff at Cawthra Gardens.
