Farrell, Nancy  
FARRELL, Nancy (nee Teat) — July 19, 1922 - May 19, 2016 Nancy was born in Wales and immigrated to Canada in 1950 where she died peacefully at Peel Manor Long Term Care Facility in Brampton surrounded by her loved ones. Nancy was predeceased by her daughter Joan Coates and son James Farrell but leaves behind an entire family who will miss her greatly. She will always be in the hearts of her granddaughters Lee (Jacques Laforest), Sandy (Joe daSilva) and Victoria Coates and will be dearly missed by her great-grandchildren Blair Agnew, Alexandra (Craig Macfarlane), Matthew and Brandon daSilva. She will be lovingly remembered by her great-great-grandchildren Liam and Jade Macfarlane and her beloved nieces Jennifer Alexander (Lori Boyce), Lynn Boht, Nan Teat and their families. Nancy was a Human Resources Executive at Canada Life Assurance Company where her progressive thinking and strong convictions earned her the respect of many. As per Nancy's wishes, there will be no formal service. Sandy and Joe will host a celebration of her life in their home at a later date where all will be welcome.

Fell, Peter  
PETER THORNTON FELL May 10, 1943 - May 22, 2016 Peter passed away at sunset on Sunday, May 22nd. Beloved husband and best friend of Louise Marilyn Emery, great-great-grandson of James Fell, Mayor of Victoria, BC, son of Arthur Thornton Fell, mother Edith Hubie, survived by a sister. Peter's passion for sports began as a linebacker for the Montreal Alouettes, followed by an Executive Search career with his company, Fell and Partners. Peter had a charming and quick sense of humour. If you met Peter Fell, you would never forget him. His passions were boating, cooking, gardening, proline sports, history and loving mother nature's gifts. Peter will be missed by his true family, the Emery's. A Celebration of his Life will be held Saturday, June 4th at 12:30 p.m. at Cathedral Bluffs Yacht Club. LOUISA KATHLEEN FITZWILLIAM At the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on Monday, May 23, 2016. Kathleen (Davies) Fitzwilliam was the beloved wife of Leslie Harry Fitzwilliam of Lindsay. Dear mother of Diane Schurman (Michael) of Beaverton and Mike Fitzwilliam of Oshawa. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Steven Fitzwilliam (Amber) of Williams Lake, BC, Kerri Fitzwilliam (Ryan) of Oshawa and by their mother Susan Fitzwilliam (Ron) of Oshawa. Raymond Edward FORSEY Died May 23, 2016 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie and father of Nora, Lisa (deceased), Craig and Daryl. Raymond loved his five grandchildren: Corbin, Lara (Lisa), Madeline, Julia and Nicole (Craig and Paddee). He passed away peacefully, one day before his 59th wedding anniversary. He worked at the the CBC for 35 years retiring as Technical Director. His remains will be cremated and the family will hold a private service. We are very grateful for all the care and support provided by Matthews House in Alliston. Rememberance donations to Matthews House would be much appreciated.

FOX, GEORGE FREDERICK (FRED)  
GEORGE FREDERICK (FRED) FOX It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather at the age of 84. Fred passed away at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of 59 years to Mary (Broughton). Father to Russell (Sheila), Heather Harris (Greg), Ted (Lisa) and Alexandra who predeceased her father in 1977 at the age of 6, grandfather to Teddy, Cassie, Curtis, Sarah, Tommy and Melisa and great- grandfather to Todd. Brother to Marilyn (Owen Calhoun) and predeceased by Don (1989). Fred was an avid golfer and as a member of The Toronto Board of Trade Golf Club in Woodbridge and held a single digit handicap for many years. After raising their family in Kleinburg for 20 years, he and Mary made their retirement home in Briar Hill in Alliston on the golf course and enjoyed the Florida lifestyle in Stuart for 15 restful years. He was an avid Blue Jay fan and as one of the first season ticket holders, they rarely missed a game. He was a proud Rotarian and served the Kleinburg Club for many many years. Fred travelled the world with Mary and said he had no regrets. His bucket was emptied. A celebration of life will be held in Alliston at W. John Thomas Funeral Home, 244 Victoria St. E., on Saturday, May 28th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will kindly be accepted. www.thomasfuneralhome.ca 705-435-5101

FRASER-PURDIE, Mary (Maureen) — July 2, 1925 - May 17, 2016 We are heartbroken to announce that our Mum passed away on May 17, 2016 at 90 years of age. She was the last surviving child of Mary and William Fraser of Inverness, Scotland. Much loved Mum, Nana and GG to Jacqueline, Diane, Al, Diane (Ron), Kathleen (Paul), Alison (Glenn), Alex, Lauren, and Ryan. GG would have welcomed her newest great-grandson in July. Predeceased by her very much missed son-in-law Larry. Lovingly remembered by family and lifelong friends in both Canada and the UK and by her many friends in Lagoon City and more recently at Amica Retirement Residence in Mississauga. Our heartfelt thank you for the wonderful care, kindness and compassion given to our Mum by the Staff, Nurses and Doctors at both Amica and Credit Valley Hospital. As per Mum's wishes a private cremation has taken place.

HYACINTH OLGA NANCY GABRYSCH (nee MARSHALL) Passed away suddenly at home, May 18, 2016 in her 79th year. Hyacinth was predeaceased by her husband Jack, her parents and siblings. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed by her sister, brothers and their spouses, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and her many friends and colleagues. As an RN, she worked for many years at Toronto General Hospital and latterly William Osler (Etobicoke). Funeral service Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at St. Paul's on the Hill Anglican Church, 882 Kingston Road, Pickering, visitation in the church sanctuary 12-1 p.m., service at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Erskine Cemetery, Pickering (Fairport/Finch).
