HARDING, Matthew — April 21, 1955 - April 30, 2016 Peacefully transitioned into the next life on Saturday, April 30, 2016 after a lengthy illness (ALS), which he handled with grace, dignity and a positive sense of humour. He is survived by his wife and love of his lifetime, Joanne; his children Kara, Adam (Kelly), Jory, Kevin (Julia) and Colin; his grandchildren Liam, Findley and baby Matthew. He will also be greatly missed by his parents May and Rod and siblings Andy (Edna), Pete (Tracey) and Mary (Rich). Visitation will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket (905-898-2100), on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, Matt and the family have requested donations to Doane House Hospice or Ernestine's Women's Shelter. Online condolences may be made at www.taylorfh.ca

HEADLEY, Dorothy E. - Passed away after a brief illness surrounded by family and friends on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at St. Joseph's Health Centre at the age of 87. Dorothy, beloved sister of Enid, Violet, Cynthia, Samuel, Hulbert, Noel, Philip, Edward and John. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst St. (just north of Dundas St.), from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, May 6th. Funeral Service on Saturday, May 7th at 10 a.m. at Epiphany and St. Mark, Parkdale Anglican Church, 201 Cowan Ave., Toronto. Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

HEPBURN, DOROTHY  
DOROTHY HEPBURN May 24, 1926 - April 30, 2016 Passed away peacefully in Toronto in her 90th year. Dorothy was born in Stockton- on-Tees, England and moved to Canada at an early age. She owned and operated Secretarial Overload Services in Whitby for many years and later served as a lay member of the Canadian Parole Board. In her later years she loved to travel abroad with her friends. Dorothy is survived by her sons Bob, Doug and Bill, her four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held. Interment at York Cemetery, North York. The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Christie Gardens for all its kind and tender care over the last few years. In lieu of flowers, please think of doing a good deed for others.

Jerry Howarth, beloved husband and best friend of Florence, loving father of Jerry Michael and Barb of Marmora and Nicole and Michael Wasyliw of Oakville, loving papa of Brittany, Emily, Michael, Quinn, Dalton and Dawson and dear brother of Wayne and Shirley of Brantford and the late Beverley. Friends may call at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle, Hwy. 62N, in Bancroft, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 with funeral following at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family gratefully declines floral tributes and would welcome donations to Hospice North Hastings, Bancroft Hospital or to Shriners Hospitals . PAULINE MARIE CAMILLE KOCH (née LELIEVRE) December 12, 1945 - May 2, 2016 Pauline passed away at her home in Toronto. Born in Hanmer, Pauline moved with her three children, Kevin (Jennifer), David (Karen) and Maureen (Eric) to be with her spouse Bob Devlin and Robin (Damian), Harry (Linda) and Lorna (Steve). Big sister of Georgette, Gerald, Paul-Emile, Marthe, Louise, Denise and Francine and loving daughter of Emilien and Gilberte Lelievre. Pauline was a multifaceted adventurer who loved family, camping, travel, geocaching and life. Solo hiker of the Camino de Santiago. Chair of her Walking Group and Member of Probus, Royal Canadian Legion and Beta Sigma Phi. Pauline was a proud Grandmaman to 4 grandchildren and Grandma Pauline to 8 more grandchildren, with 9 great- grandchildren. An Open House at the home in Scarborough will be held on Thursday, May 5th from 3-7 p.m.; and a service in Hanmer will be held at Paroisse St. Jacques, 46 Côte Blvd., on Saturday, May 7th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Pauline's memory to help women and children through Plan Canada would be appreciated. LAWLOR, Michael Joseph — Michael Joseph Lawlor, born May 31, 1945 in Hamilton, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2016 at Mississauga Trillium Hospital with his daughters by his side. Michael was the much loved father of Amy and Jessica (John Cowling) and the proud Papa of Eamon Cowling. He is survived by brothers Brian (Judy) of Hamilton and Patrick of Carlisle. Mike will be fondly remembered for his kind and generous spirit and quick wit. Visitation will take place at Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) on Friday, May 6th from 5-8 p.m. with a Service of Remembrance on Saturday, May 7th at 3 p.m. For those who wish, donations to the SickKids Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 57 years, Dr. Franklin Chuen Leung and her children Dennis (Jacqueline West), François (Susan Kerr) and Annabelle (David Sheffield) and her sister Lillian Li (Terry). Beloved grandmother to Madelaine, David, Andrew, Robert, Annalise, Carolyn and Sierra. Predeceased by her brother John (Patsy).
