IAN GEORGE HENDRY, P.Eng. Toronto Transit Commission Peacefully, on December 13, 2012 in his 88th year. Predeceased by his dear wife Dorothy Irene (Fish), his brother William Edward (Ted) and his son David. Survived by his loving daughter Cyndy, grandchildren Dan and Victoria and their mother Nancy March (Andy). Deeply mourned by his brother and sisters-in-law Mervin, Doris, Roberta and numerous nieces and nephews. Deeply missed by Steve and dear friends the Manleys, the Comlys and the Camplongs. Ian was a life-long professional engineer at the TTC, Life Member and Distinguished Secretary of Mississauga South Kiwanis, and a consummate volunteer. Heartfelt thanks to Cathy, Karen, Rob, Gayle, Dr. Toby Carnat, Odette and her wonderful staff of "3C" at Trillium Mississauga. No service. Visitation at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Tuesday, December 18th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trillium Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
