PATRICIA M.M. FINNEGAN (nee CHIVAS) At the Providence Care, Kingston on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Beloved wife to Don Love of Frankford. Loving mother to Sean Lever of Sault Ste. Marie and Shannon Lever of Merrickville, Ontario and remembered by Don's son James Love of New Braunfels, Texas. She will be sadly missed by her 4 grandchildren. Survived by siblings: Douglas Chivas, Heather Chivas and predeceased by brother Christopher Chivas and her parents Huda and Alexander Chivas. Niece of Donald Douglas of Amherst, Nova Scotia. Patricia will be truly missed by "Sister (friend)" Elaine "Loppie" MCCreath of Orillia. Patricia was a graduate of the Nursing School at Belleville General Hospital, class of 1963. She practiced public health nursing in Manitouwadge, Ontario then in later years excelled in Mental Health Nursing and training others in the profession for the City of Toronto and in Trenton for the Prince Edward Hastings Mental Health Unit. She was involved with Rotary Club of Trenton where she developed numerous relationships. Her past times which she very much enjoyed include; golf, swimming, kayaking, tennis (where sometimes Don would let her win a game) and spending time at the cottage "Cedar Rest". Patricia was well known for her positive attitude and her cheerful disposition and her infectious smile. The many relationships and friends that she made in her years will be ever remembered. At Patricia's request a Celebration of her life will take place in the spring of 2014.
