Predeceased by his wife Muriel in 2001, also brothers Harry, Norman and Eric and sister Ivy. Sid was born October 30, 1912 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of the late Ernest and Norma Bradbury. He was a well-respected educator, beginning his career in Beamsville as an elementary school Teacher. In 1941, Sid enlisted in the RCAF and served in various locations across Canada as a bombing instructor, achieving the rank of Flight Sergeant. After the War, he became an industrial arts Teacher, teaching in Port Colborne, Windsor, Cooksville, Dunbarton and ending his career in Ajax at Harwood Secondary School where he was the Technical Education Director. Sid was proud of his family, especially his grandchildren and their attendance at the University of Guelph, which he had attended many years before.
