JACK ABLE Obituary

JACK WILLIAM ABLE Loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle - passed away May 4, 2012 in his 92nd year. Jack was born and educated in Toronto and served his country as a WWII veteran, a former account manager with J.T. Hepburn for 38 years he was a lifelong member of the North York Lions Club where he received many service awards. He is survived by his wife, Mary (nee Beattie) his daughter Peggy (Dunbar), Grant, his grandchildren, Stewart and Hawley and his son, David (Donna nee Roden). He will be greatly missed by all of us. We are grateful for the passionate care he received at the Humber River Church Hospital. A Visitation for Jack will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at THE EGLINTON CHAPEL of MCDougall and Brown Funeral Home (at Dufferin), 416-782-1197. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North York Lions Club.
