HOWARD LEE Obituary

HOWARD STEWART LEE Sadly and surrounded by his loving wife and children, Howard Stewart Lee passed away on November 13, 2014. Howard was a longtime resident of Unionville where he was a Real Estate Broker and developer and also a coach in the Unionville Minor Hockey League. Amongst his numerous accomplishments was his Bronze Olympic Medal from the 1956 Olympics as a valuable member of the men's Canadian Hockey Team . Howard's biggest passion in life was his family and the cottage in Haliburton surrounded by Marg and all the kids and grandchildren. He leaves his wife of 63 years Margaret. Children Debbi and the late Lorne, Cathi and Mike, Howie and Linda, Patti and Garry, Jim and Stephanie. Grandchildren Matthew, Lorne, Debbi-Lynne, Ryan, Sarah, Colt, Jessica, Maggie, Jaimi, Jake, Letisha, Jazmin, Rylee, Sydney, Kelsey and Dylan. Howard also had four great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at the Low & Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge (23 Main Street South, 905-852-3073) on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 2-6 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Tire Jump-Start Program would be greatly appreciated. For online condolences, please visit www.lowandlow.ca

My father left a message for me on Fri. saying that he had just had quite a shock. It was for me, as well and I know our family. My thoughts are with all of you as I know what a close family you are. My mother always said, "that is a family". Had we known we would have been at the service. Sending you all my heartfelt condolences.
