MAYHEW, Agnes Alfreda (nee Butterworth) - June 21, 1912 -- April 19, 2009 Fredda, peacefully at Meighen Manor, Toronto. Beloved wife of the late Ted Mayhew. Cherished mother of Betty-Ann and Bethia and their husbands Bob and Bill. Loved and sadly missed grandmother of Kerry and Mike, Scott and Chandra, Katie and Bill, Bill and Kendra, and Tara-Jane and Barry. Great- grandmother to Shannon and Connor, Cassie and Colton, and Christopher and Rebecca. Fredda was predeceased by her dear sisters and brothers Betty, Constance, Doug, Arnold, Alan and Bob.
