ALFONSAS JONUSAS April 19, 1919 Passed away peacefully in Newmarket on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the age of 93. Loving husband of Benigna, whom the Lord called 20 years earlier. He leaves behind his only daughter Ruth (Victor) and grandchildren, Stefania (Ben) and Raymond, as well as family and friends in Lithuania. Alfonsas' independent spirit, humour and strong will was admired by all. He will be missed. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, on Friday, November 16th from 6-9 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 10 a.m. at Church of the Resurrection, 1 Resurrection Rd., Toronto. Interment at St. John's Lithuanian Cemetery. Donations to the Church of the Resurrection would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
