HAYNES, Beverly Clark - 1932 - 2012 Passed away peacefully at the Dorothy Ley Hospice in Toronto, on Thursday, December 13, 2012 after a gutsy, tough run with liver cancer. Predeceased by his childhood sweetheart and the mother of his children, Betty (nee Joice) as well as his dearest oldest son Dean. Survived by loving youngest son Brent. Born and raised in Brantford. As an adolescent and young man Bev excelled in hockey, baseball and fastball winning numerous championships and personal awards. He had a stellar career as a sales and marketing executive in the food manufacturing business, notably with CanVin Products and Cobi Foods. Will be truly missed by friends and family, especially cousin Dana with whom he shared a childhood home as well as his best buddies, Peter, Roger, Rick and Davey and his fellow Legionnaires at the Long Branch Chapter. The Haynes family would like to acknowledge the tremendous care and support offered by the staff at the Dorothy Ley Hospice. Any donations made to the hospice in Bev's honour would be greatly appreciated. There will be a celebration of Bev's life on Thursday, December 20th between 7 and 10 p.m. in the main floor party room at 1485 Lakeshore Rd., East Mississauga.
