CORMAN, Carol Anne - 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Sunnybrook Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home (2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto). Visitation shall be held Friday evening, 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service in the chapel. A reception will be held after the service. Carol was born February 21, 1936 in East York, to Leslie and Hazel Jackson. She spent her entire professional career with Bell Canada until her retirement. During her years at Bell she oversaw various projects and developed a passion for her work. She made many friends during those years and always spoke of the memories they made, including periods in Russia and the United States. She loved to spend her summers at her cottage in Orillia which provided much enjoyed time with her extended relatives all of whom she loved and cared for. She was a loving mother to her son Scott and his wife Susan along with her grandchildren, Kate, Madison, Grant and Mitch. She is survived by her much loved brother Bruce Jackson and his wife Sally along with her nephew Scott and his wife Beata, her niece, Lesley and her husband Brad and her great-niece Avery. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the
