Charlotte Reid Obituary
REID, Charlotte (Cherrie) - Passed away at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Thursday, September 3rd, 2009 in the presence of her Son, Granddaughter and Grandson-in-law. Born in Iroquois Falls, Ontario on December 18, 1923. She lived a full life, involved with the United Church community wherever she lived: Weston, Bancroft and finally in Orangeville at the age of 85. A mother, 'grammy', sister, knitter, typist, cook, bookkeeper, poet and seamstress. A Celebration of Cherrie's life will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Tweedsmuir Memorial Presbyterian Church, 6 John St., Orangeville. We will gather at 10:00 a.m. and start the service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, Orangeville. (Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com)
