Great memories of watching him in his hay day. The priests at St. Joeseph's use him as a role model for our hockey team. Wonderful memories of meeting Flem and Rocket Richard in 1961 at the Hull Arena. They are all together now on the big ice! Condolences to the family.

My thoughts are with all of you during this sad time. Fleming was an unforgettable man and I have lovely memories of his engaging stories, competitive spirit, and deep compassion. I have been thinking of some of his antics for the past few days - mostly involving sports - and I marvel at how much he embraced the moments of his life. He loved and was so proud of his children and grandchildren and I can only imagine that he will be watching over you from above.... Dear Counsins God Bless all of you. May Flemming rest in peace. I remember watching him with my grandfather Bampy Scanlan...and I also remember the one time going to the hospital with my parents and he had a cast on his leg. I got to sign that cast...what a thrill. He was an anwsome hockey player. Love and hugs

Flemming lived his life playing, promoting, teaching and enjoying his favourite sport Hockey.

Dear Susan and family,
We are so sorry to hear of the recent loss of your beloved uncle Fleming. Our family had the privilege of meeting him for breakfast a few years ago.
