HOWARD MORENZ Obituary
HOWARD (HOWIE) RAYMOND MORENZ February 26, 1927 - October 9, 2015 Passed away peacefully following a brief illness. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Mary, and brother Donald, he is survived by his sister Marlene Geoffrion of Altanta, Georgia. The family extends our thanks to all of Howie's friends at the Streetsville Legion and the NHL Old-Timer group. A special note of thanks to friends Gord Sammon and Bob Boyes. In addition, our thanks to the staff of Peel Senior Link, the Credit Valley Hospital and the McCall Centre for Palliative Care for their assistance in his care. A memorial event will take place in Mississauga and a private service will be held in Montreal. In his memory, the family would appreciate donations made to the charity of your choice. He will be sadly missed by Beryl, son Howard, Maureen and grandson Tyler.

Many fond memories as next door neighbours in Dollard des Ormeaux. Backyard parties, trips downtown for the Santa Claus parade, a big bowl of potato chips all to myself while babysitting. Those were the days. 'Young' Howie we know you'll miss 'Big' Howie in a big way. Our thoughts are with you.
