Rest in Peace Mr. Harper! You were a terrific man and will be missed. I hadn't seen you for a very long time since you moved to the U.S. but I heard from your sons that you continued to face life with gusto and determination approaching life's hurdles as minor bumps in the road. My recollection is that this was how you approached your whole life. When I was growing up in Orchard Heights, Mississauga, you were always a tireless community volunteer and will always be remembered for the annual Victoria Day Fireworks you ran for many years. Sincere condolences to Jeff, Barry, Andrew, Brett and families.
