BROWN, Linda (nee Anderson) - Passed peacefully on December 1, 2012 in Scarborough General Hospital with family at her side. Loving wife of Jim for 46 years. Devoted mother to two children, Susan and Scott (Karen) and two grandchildren, Kiegan and Aliza. Will be missed by her four siblings, Bob (Mary-Lou), Parry (Denise), Helen (Keith) and Betty. Fondly remembered by her many friends and relatives. Remembered for her love of cooking and entertaining. She spent much time at her cottage. She called it "her special place". An outstanding teacher and coach with the Toronto Board of Education. All may gather at MCDougall & Brown Funeral Home (Scarborough Chapel), 2900 Kingston Rd., 416-267-4656, on Tuesday, December 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service to be held on Wednesday, December 5th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the or the Scarborough Hospital Foundation would be preferred and sincerely appreciated.
