LUBA VIOLETTA STREICH January 13, 1925-January 14, 2013 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luba who died peacefully surrounded by her family, a day after her 88th birthday at Copernicus Lodge. Beloved wife of John Streich for 61 years. Loving mother of Edward (Krystyna), Lydia Williams (Glenn) and daughter Annette. Cherished grandmother of Lorraine (Andrew), Jackie (John), Andrea and Vanessa. Predeceased by her parents George and Maria Glushko and brother Vladislav. Survived by her brother Victor and his family in San Francisco. Special thanks to the caring and dedicated staff at Dorothy Ley Hospice and Copernicus Lodge, especially all the caregivers on 2 South.
