Margaret de GA Obituary

de GA, Margaret Lucilla (nee Oss) - Peacefully at Scarborough Centenary Hospital after a brief illness, on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Trevor de Ga (1999). She will be fondly missed by her three children, Cornelia Ferreira (Peter), Angela and Gerald (Andrea Szametz), five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough, on Friday, January 25th from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by 11:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, 2210 Lawrence Ave. E. In lieu of flowers, a Mass for the repose of her soul will be gratefully appreciated.

?[+amgD] Being among the newest to the St. Lawrence Martyr/St. Therese group, I have even less I can share, but that it might help encourage others not as familiar with the traditional Latin Extraordinary Form Mass, to come and pray the Mass for and with +Margaret, I have put together the whole Mass, with a few pointers at http://StLawrenceMartyr.Org/todays-latin-mass/requiem-mass-for-margaret-de-ga-25jan2013/

(Silver Booklets, for those who want to "follow along" the Mass, will also be provided at the Entrance.)

Fr. Liam Gavigan will say traditional Requiem Mass/Missa Defunctorum at 11:30 am for +Margaret de Ga in the Extraordinary Form, St. Lawrence Martyr Church, 11:30 am on Friday, 25 Jan., 2013.

St. Lawrence Martyr is located on Lawrence Avenue East, between Kennedy and Birchmount (nearest TTC station is Lawrence East).

I've added a few pointers for those attending the funeral Mass "Missa Defunctorum," as well as a download link for those who aren't as familiar with the traditional Latin Mass in the Extraordinary Form.
