HOLUBEK, Michael W. - Peacefully at the Scarborough General Hospital on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in his 77th year. Michael, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Steven of Stouffville and David and his wife Susan of Ajax. Dear Grampa of Jeremy, Dillon, Kristie and Andrew. Loving brother of Helen Chamak and the late Agnes Bodzasi and Mary Savel. Dear son of the late Michael and Rose Holubek. He will be lovingly remembered by other family and friends. Resting at the PAUL O'CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Warden and Pharmacy) from 2-5 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church (Lawrence, east of McCowan). Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
