ARSOVSKI, Nicole Pauline (Lacroix) - 77, of Mississauga, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Credit Valley Hospital. Born August 28, 1935 in Kénogami, Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Henri Lacroix and Germaine Hamel. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Tomislav Arsovski; two sons Goce (Tom) Arsovski and his wife Kate Hauserman of Chicago, Illinois and Ivan Arsovski and his wife Leigh Whiting of Georgetown, Ontario; two sisters Henriette Tremblay (the late Fernand) and Madeleine Lacroix; two brothers Claude Lacroix (Marie) and Jacques Lacroix (Jocelyne); four grandchildren Alex, Erik, Hannah and Rachel; brother-in-law Tihomir Arsovski (Olga); sisters-in-law Aleksandra (Pinjo) and Liljana Damjanovski (Jordan); numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members Zaiga Hauserman- Geverink (Ricci), Heather Morison (Roger) and David Whiting (Sonja). Her brothers André Lacroix (Marie), Robert Lacroix (the late Monique) and Armande Riverin (the late Lauréat) preceded her in death. The visitation is from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. (Macedonian prayers at 7:00 p.m. and Catholic prayers at 8:00 p.m.) on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Scott Funeral Home - Mississauga Chapel (420 Dundas Street E., Mississauga). The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012, also at the Scott Funeral Home. The burial will be at the Meadowvale Cemetery (7732 Chinguacousy Road, Brampton) and a reception will follow at the Macedonian Orthodox Church, St. Ilija (1775 Bristol Road West, Mississauga). Memorial contributions may be made to any of Nicole's favourite charities: The ; The Cancer Research Society; The Lung Association; The Arthritis Society; Covenant House; Canadian Wildlife Federation; Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Canada; Parkinson Society Canada or Canadian Red Cross.
