PAPAKOSTANTINU, Peter - Surrounded by his family and friends, Peter passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on November 16, 2012 at the age of 55, after a long struggle with kidney cancer. Peter leaves behind his cherished wife, Luba, his three sons, Thomas, Christopher and Peter Jr., his brother Carl and his beloved mother-in-law Tala. Peter will also be dearly missed by many other family, friends and work associates. Friends and family will be received at HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Blvd., 416-423-1000, on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. and Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held in St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral, 76 Overlea Blvd., at 12 noon on Monday, November 19, 2012. Interment to follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens in Ajax. In lieu of flowers, Luba asks that donations be made to establish a trust fund for Peter's sons' education.
