Pil Chin

CHIN, Pil Shik Peacefully passed away on March 23rd, 2008 at North York General Hospital at the age of 84, 4 weeks after the death of his loving wife. Pil Shik, the former Korean Ambassador to Canada will be greatly missed by his loving children Jennifer Choi (Archie Ferrie), Grace Masefield (John), Jik (Soo Jong), Jean Lee (James), and Ben (Barb). Cherished grandchildren Charlene, Christopher, Justin, Michael, Kevin, and Peter and will be missed by many family and friends. Friends may visit on Thursday, March 27 from 7 to 7:30 p.m. at Young Nak Korean Presbyterian Church of Toronto, 650 McNicoll Ave. followed by Memorial Service at 7:30 p.m. Another visitation on Friday, March 28 from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at Jerrett Funeral Homes North York Chapel, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles), followed by a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at York Cemetery.
