It is with sadness when I learned of Terrence's passing.I can recall being interviewed by him many years ago when I was a much younger real estate economist. I particularly have enjoyed his column and insights in the Friday real estate section of the G+M. He had the gift of asking interesting questions about the housing marketplace and then doing research and interviews to answer them. It sure seemed that he was having a lot of fun writing the articles. He will be missed.
