VERA JACYK Passed away peacefully at the Kensington Hospice, Toronto on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the age of 58. Vera was beloved by her family and friends and walked with extraordinary grace and beauty throughout the months of her illness. As a Ukrainian Canadian artist, Vera's work was exhibited throughout North America and Europe. Vera was predeceased by her parents, Peter Jacyk and Yvonne Balysky. She is survived by her sisters Sonia and Nadia and her niece Andrea. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012.
