VICTOR JOSEPH SKOF July 26, 1922 - November 23, 2012 Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 23, 2012 in his 91st year. Proud and loving Grandpa to Ashley, Melissa, Justin, and beloved father to Deidre Klein-Skof. Lovingly remembered by Lynne, Tim, Alana and Amanda. Victor was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia and began a life in Canada after WWII, where he worked hard for his family. Victor was a successful professional engineer and rose to Vice President of Frankel Structural Steel Ltd. Victor was a strong, witty and intelligent man who embraced the simple things in life. He loved to stay active, learn new things, laugh often, and spend time with his loved ones. He will be profoundly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville (905-257-8822). Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and also on Monday, December 3rd from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Online condolences at www.glenoaks.ca
